What type of interview should I expect from the Hampton Inn?
I have an interview tommorow with the Hampton Inn for a Guest Services Rep./Front Desk position. What kind of questions will they ask me in the interview? Is there a chance it'll be a behavioral based interview?

- You should expect typical questions, whether behavioral based or otherwise. Be prepared, your previous experience will probably be most important. If your behavioral past has to do with drugs, firing, or other negatives, you should provide facts that would show you have had rehab, job training, or some other good change in your life. I have heard that the Front Desk can be a highly stressed position for some people. Listen carefully about their description of their position.
- Here are some questions that you could be asked: What special skills do you have? What would be your specific goals for this job? What experience do you have that you think will be helpful for this job? What do you consider your strong points? What do you consider your weak points? What specific kind of work do you particularly enjoy doing? What is your long-term career objective?
- The objective of an interview is to convince the employer that you will be able to fulfill the organizational needs and fit into the company culture. You can find a lot of info on preparing for interviews at http://www.precv.com
