what kind of hot and cold breakfast do hampton Inn have?

I stayed at a Hampton inn about 10 years ago on vacation, had a free breakfast bar, now they have something called on the house breakfast is that a hot and cold breakfast that includes cereal also?

1. I've stayed at Hampton Inns alot and I love them. Their breakfast does include cereal, the most common that I have seen is frosted flakes, special k, raisin bran, and fruit lopes. The "hot" part of the breakfast varies. One day it could be sausage, the next day it could be eggs and ham, you can ask the front desk and they should know what it will be the next day. They always have both hot and cold drinks like milk, orange juice, apple juice, water, coffee, and hot cocoa.
