What kind of job is a Breakfast host at a Hampton Inn?

The Hampton Inn in my area is accepting applications for breakfast host and Im not entirely sure what that job entails. I've tried googling, but all I get is Bed and Breakfast hosts... which I assume is quite different. Does anyone have experience working in a Hampton Inn and/or as a Breakfast host that could explain to me?

1. A breakfast host is someone who maintains the breakfast area. He or she will make sure that the cereal containers, juice dispensers, food trays, etc. are all filled. He or she will also make sure that the tables are cleaned and the trash is emptied.
